How to stop hair loss with natural treatments

Hair here, hair there! Hair hair everywhere!!

Is this your nightmare? If so, then you have some simple ways to reduce it right there in your kitchen.

Use any of the following easy recipes to stop hair loss:

1. Massage the hair with olive hair and leave it on all night. Wash the next day as usual. Olive oil works as a hair tonic. It is also known as liquid gold for hair. Olive oil is rich in essential fatty acids that keep the hair cuticles hydrated.

2. Boil a handful of henna leaves in mustard oil (at a rate of 4 tablespoons per cup). Filter and store in a sterilized glass bottle. Massage this herbal oil before a head bath every time. If possible, leave it on overnight or at least 30 minutes before washing your hair. This is very effective in treating hair loss.

3. Massage with bhongra juice to reduce hair fall.

4. Sagvan seed oil can also be used for head massage to stop hair loss.

5. Mix equal amounts of almond oil and warm castor oil to massage your head at least once a week.

6. Rinse hair with a mixture of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair growth.

7. Use the following hair pack: mix amla powder and an egg. Apply and leave for half an hour before washing.

8. Continuous application of a mixture of aloe vera gel and triphala herbal powder for 3 to 6 months will help new hair growth.

9. Coconut milk massage on the roots. Make sure to cover the entire scalp. Leave for an hour and wash off with lukewarm water. Using it 3-4 times a week will give amazing results. Instead of coconut milk you can also use aloe vera gel.

10. Drinking coconut water regularly prevents hair loss.

11. Include nuts in your diet.

12. Boil fenugreek seeds (methi) in coconut or olive oil. Cool and strain. Keep it in a bottle and use it as a massage oil always before the head bath.

13. Including amla in any form in your diet will help control hair loss.

14. Beat an egg into henna powder and curdle and use as a hair mask. This will help prevent hair loss.

15. Massaging with warm castor oil 30 minutes before your head bath will give excellent results.

16. Mix equal amounts of lima seeds and black pepper. Make a paste with water or ginger juice. Massage into hair and keep for a few hours before washing.

17. Make a high-protein hair conditioner with 2 teaspoons of olive oil, 2 egg yolks, and 1 cup of filtered water. Beat the egg yolks until foamy, add the oil and beat until well blended. Add water and massage into hair covering every strand of hair possible. Keep for 20 minutes and rinse as usual. This conditioner nourishes hair and stimulates hair growth and is gentle enough to use daily.
