Summer is here! Are you taking care of your body so you can show it off? If so, then it should be safe to say that you exercise daily for at least 60 minutes, 5 times a week; makes sure you eat your portions of produce and other necessary food groups regularly; he’s not slacking off on his doctor visits, etc. While these are the ideal rules to follow when trying to get in shape…it can definitely be a difficult task to complete.
