$ 300 chocolate cake

This brownie is quick and easy to make and the best part is that you can pour the frosting over the cake while it is still in the mold. Do not remove it from the pan because the icing will drip down the sides.

Whenever I’m asked to bring a covered plate or donate a favorite food for a fundraiser, this is the cake I make. Most people enjoy it and ask for the recipe. On some occasions, I do two of these. In one I make the glaze according to the recipe and in the other cake, I add half a cup of coconut to the glaze. Try them both.

2 cups of sugar

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup of water

1 bar of butter

1 cup Crisco oil

4 tablespoons of cocoa

1/2 cup buttermilk

2 eggs

1 teaspoon soda

1/8 teaspoon salt

Mix the sugar and flour in a large bowl. Mix water, butter, oil and cocoa in a saucepan; bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the sugar and flour to the mixture and stir well. Then add buttermilk, eggs, soda, and salt. Pour into a large greased and floured rectangular skillet. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Ice formation

Bring 4 tablespoons of milk, 1 stick of butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla to a boil. Add 1 box of powdered sugar. Use milk to dilute. For on hot pan in pan.

Note: Use all-purpose flour when making this cake. You can use yeast flour, but don’t add the soda and salt. You can also add 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts to the batter.

Guaranteed to satisfy a sweet tooth or a chocolate lover.
